Volunteer university students from Japan under the UNITeS Programme
	Yumiko Yamasaki (left) and Chikako Miyamoto, volunteer members of the United Nations Information Technology Service (UNITeS), helped designed the Tulay Fortnightly website. UNITeS is a global volunteer initiative to help bridge the digital divide, led by the UN Volunteers (UNV) programme. UNITeS supports both volunteers applying information and communication technologies for development (ICT4D) and promotes volunteerism as a fundamental element of successful ICT4D initiatives.
